I’ve been looking for a locally owned shop where I felt comfortable and knew I was being treated fairly. ChatGPT suggested Suddeth and I knew it was the right place immediately. They were up front with pricing and repairs. They took diligent notes on what they did and presented them with the quote for repairs. I didn’t have to wonder about anything. The transparency is unlike any other company in this day and age. When I went to pick it up, they had washed and vacuumed my car. The service is unbeatable and I’m spreading the word.

Kait and the staff are tremendous and prices are very reasonable. I had multiple shops turn down working on my 89 land Crusier. But not Suddeths. They completed belts and fan clutch/blade work very quickly compared to experiences with other Columbia shops. Super friendly and looked into many small concerns with updates for me. They gave me solid piece of mind: this and solid pricing deserves 5 STARS. ⭐️

I brought my Grand Marquis to Team One Suddeth Automotive for a comprehensive inspection. The price was very reasonable, and I received a detailed digital report with pictures showing the condition of the vehicle and the items that need attention. They inspected the vehicle underneath and under the hood, scanned the vehicle’s system, and explained that no major visible engine or transmission concerns were found during the inspection. They also clearly documented the suspension, brake, tire, coolant, and lighting concerns instead of just giving me a vague list of repairs. I especially appreciated their communication after the inspection. They answered my follow-up questions, explained which recommendations were based on actual wear and which were based mainly on age and mileage, and provided itemized repair estimates. I have not had the recommended repairs completed yet, so this review is specifically for the inspection and customer service. Based on that experience, I would recommend them for a thorough vehicle inspection.

I have been looking for a place to care for my cars. I am so glad you all were recommended to me. The entire process went so smoothly. I was not forced into getting what I did not need. I was informed of everything before it was done along with pricing. I felt so welcomed when I walked in. I have been pleased with the work that was done.

Car was acting up and realized all the wires on the top of engine were chewed by mice. Removed the nest and prayed that they only got into the top ones. Had car towed to Team 1 Suddeth. They were able to get me a quote pretty quick. Was able to approve the quote on line. Very easy process. I have used them for years now. Extremely pleased with Kate ( the contact person) and the whole process of dealing with this company. They work hard to make sure you’re satisfied. Will use them again obviously !!!
